ABSTRACT
Background
Recent
studies
have
found
that
in

Helicobacter
pylori
(

may
cause
intestinal
microbial
dysbiosis.
However,
most
existing
on
influence
of
microbiome
used
fecal
specimens
with
inconsistent
conclusions.

study

previously
assessed

entire
gastrointestinal
tract,

no
significant
effect

Methods
This
single‐center
cross‐sectional
collected
mucosa
