Abstract Despite its elusiveness as a concept, ‘artificial intelligence’ (AI) is becoming part of everyday life, and range empirical methodological approaches to social studies AI now span many disciplines. This article reviews the scope ethnomethodological conversation analytic (EM/CA) that treat phenomenon emerging in through situated organization interaction.
