Modern sciences and astrophysics in particular study objects phenomena not visible physical terms, that is they cannot be investigated with the eyes or analogous optical systems. Nevertheless, make intensive use of visual representations, showing data a figurative way, using lights, colors, shapes familiar to user aesthetically pleasant. Besides being inaccessible for Blind Visually Impaired (BVI) users, such representation can lead misunderstandings about real nature represented object if code declared. We argue multi-sensory representations clearly arbitrary, i.e., do aim imitate reality, are valid choice an effective meaning-making process astronomical science all. The aim of the study was to explore university students’ interpretations chemical content in form physical constructions atomic nuclei.
