Extracellular DNA, called cell-free (cfDNA), associated with various pathological conditions. Recently, multiple aspects of cfDNA have been assessed, including levels, integrity, methylation, and mutations. Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) most common form autoimmune arthritis, treatment RA has highly varied outcomes. in patients elevated peripheral blood synovial fluid disease activity. Profiling may then be utilized clinical practice, such as prediction prognosis responses; monitoring state; a diagnostic marker. In this review, we discuss RA, particularly sources correlation pathogenesis. We also highlight potential analyzing profiles to guide individualized approaches for RA.

Abstract Rheumatoid arthritis is an immune‐mediated inflammatory disease in which fibroblasts contribute to both joint damage and inflammation. Fibroblasts are a major cell constituent of the lining cavity called synovial membrane. Under resting conditions, have important role maintaining homeostasis, producing extracellular matrix lubricants. In contrast, during inflammation, pathology by pathogenic levels mediators that drive recruitment retention cells within joint. Recent advances single‐cell profiling techniques transformed our ability examine fibroblast biology, leading identification specific subsets, defining previously underappreciated heterogeneity disease‐associated populations. These studies challenging held dogma homogeneous providing unique insights into their pathology. this review, we discuss recent understanding how contributes rheumatoid arthritis.
