Flaxseed, a rich source of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid alpha-linolenic (ALA), lignans, and soluble fiber, has attracted attention for its potential to improve multiple cardiometabolic risk factors. ABSTRACT Objective Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) is a common heterogeneous sleep disorder that significantly impacts the quality of individuals and leads to severe complications. Patients with OSA often experience disrupted circadian rhythm, hyperactive hypoxia response, endothelial dysfunction, yet underlying molecular mechanism remains poorly known.
