Sjögren's
syndrome
(SS)
is
a
systemic
autoimmune
disease,
with
major
symptoms
including
dry
mouth
and
eyes,
for
which
there
no
effective
treatment.
Recent
studies
have
demonstrated
that
mesenchymal
stem
cells
(MSCs)
are
in
the
treatment
of
SS,
but
efficacy
allogeneic
MSCs
affected
by
variability
among
different
cell
donors,
they
easily
cleared
immune
system
recipient.
Autologous
one
ideal
options
SS;
however,
their
function
decreases
age.
Regenerative
fibroblast
(rFib)
type
new
MSC
obtained
through
chemical
reprogramming
technology
from
skin
fibroblasts.
In
this
study,
we

rFib

SS.

Abstract
Autoimmune

research

ferroptosis
in
immune
regulation,
with

being
a

system.
This
review
provides
