Background.
Vaginal

pregnancy

outcomes

fetus.

microorganism
resistance
to
antimicrobial
drugs,
treatment
vaginitis
pregnant
women
is
not
always
effective,
leading

Therefore,

new
therapeutic
solutions

task.
Aim.
To
evaluate
effectiveness
form
benzyl-dimethyl
[3-(myristoylamino)
propyl]
ammonium
chloride
monohydrate
(Miramistin®
suppositories)
women.
Materials
methods.
A
prospective
study
included
60
with
confirmed
diagnosis
nonspecific
vaginitis.

patients
received
therapy
Miramistin®
suppositories
vaginally
once
day
7
days.
Clinical
dynamics
microbiological
characteristics
vaginal

were
assessed.
Results.
Disappearance

reduction

symptoms
was
noted
96.7%
within
two
days
from
start
treatment.

duration
relapse-free
period
more
than

weeks.
No
adverse
drug

observed.

Abstract
Background
Increasing
number
of
studies
have
demonstrated
certain
patterns

changes
in
gynecological
diseases;
however,
the
interaction
between
them
remains
unclear.
To
evaluate
consistency
or
specificity
across
multiple
