Abstract
The
composition
and
content
of
aroma
substances
in
flue-cured
tobacco
(
Nicotiana
tabacum
L.)
will
affect
the
quality
tobacco.
To
investigate
correlation
between
various
K326
before
after
flue-curing,
their
impact
on
diversity,
this
study
employed
middle
leaves
KRK26
as
test
materials.
Samples
were
collected
both
flue-curing
for
untargeted
metabolomics
analysis.
results
showed
that
584
metabolites
significantly
different
there
44
aroma-related
metabolites,
including
alcohols,
aldehydes,
phenols,
organic
acids,
etc.
analyzed
compounds
consist
37
known
substances,
while
7
previously
not
associated
with
aroma,
have
been
identified
other
food
products.
These
findings
suggest
these
seven
might
may
be
potential
compounds.
Further
analysis
aldehydes
increased
but
acids
decreased.
Furthermore,
revealed
a
quantity
type
serve
reference
enhancing
process
optimizing
industrial
production
cigarettes
use
cured
leaves.

Introduction
The
main
goal
of
tobacco
fermentation
technology
is
to
minimize
the
alkaloid
content
while
improving
flavor
substance
content.
Methods
This
study
revealed
microbial
community
structure
and
their
metabolic
functions
during
cigar
leaf
by
high-throughput
sequencing
correlation
analysis,
evaluated
performance
functional
microbes
based
on
in
vitro
isolation
bioaugmentation
fermentation.
Results
relative
abundance
Staphylococcus
Aspergillus
increased
first
but
then
decreased
fermentation,

occupy
dominant
position
bacterial
fungal
communities,
respectively,

Variations
in
industrial
fermentation
techniques
have
a
significant
impact
on
the
of
cigar
tobacco
leaves
(CTLs),
consequently
influencing
aromatic
attributes
resulting
cigars.

process
CTLs

phases:

Abstract
This
study
delves
into
the
aroma
characteristics
and
microbial
composition
of
filler
tobacco
leaves
(FTLs)
sourced
from
six
distinct
cigar-growing
regions
within
Yunnan,
China,
following
standardized
fermentation.
An
integrated
approach
using
gas
chromatography-mass
spectrometry
(GC–MS),
electronic
nose
(E-nose),
microbiome
analysis
was
employed
for
comprehensive
profiling.
Results
derived
Linear
Discriminant
Analysis
(LDA)
E-nose
data
confirmed
presence
notable
variability
in
flavor
substance
profiles
among
FTLs
regions.
Additionally,
GC–MS
used
to
discern
disparities
volatile
organic
compound
(VOC)
distribution
across
these
regions,
identifying
92,
81,
79,
58,
69,
92
VOCs
each
respective
sample
set.
Significantly,
24
emerged
as
pivotal
determinants
contributing
heterogeneity
diverse
origins,
indicated
by
Variable
Importance
Projection
(VIP)
analysis.
Furthermore,
distinctions
free
amino
acid
content
chemical
constituents
were
observed
FTLs.
Of
noteworthy
significance,
solanone,
isophorone,

Introduction
Cigar
stacking
fermentation
is
a
key
step
in
tobacco
aroma
enhancement
and
miscellaneous
gas
reduction,
which
both
have
great
influence
on
increasing
cigar
flavor
improving
industrial
availability.
Methods
To
analyze
the
effect
of
leaf
(CTLs)
microbial
community
volatiles
compounds
(VFCs),
this
study
used
multi-omics
technology
to
reveal
changes
structure
VFCs
different
varieties
during
fermentation,
