characterized

MK-801,
an
N-methyl-D-aspartate
receptor
antagonist,
has
been
used
to
induce
schizophrenia-like
behaviors
in
animal
models.
Here,
we
employed
IntelliCage,
automated
system
for
tracking
behavior,
assess
MK-801-treated
mice
under
semi-naturalistic
conditions.
Mice
that
had
treated
with
MK-801
2
weeks
were
analyzed
locomotion,
emotional,
functions.
Repeated
exhibited
transient
hyperactivity
novel
environment,
without
significant
changes
overall
circadian
activity.
Sucrose
preference
remained
intact,
suggesting
preserved
reward
sensitivity.
However,
less
time
spent
the
corner
during
early
phase
of
competition
test
indicated
reduced
competitive
behavior
limited
water
rewards.

behavioral
flexibility
test,
repeated
showed
impaired
reversal
learning,
