Abstract
Background
The
accumulation
of
age‐associated
cognitive
deficits
can
lead
to
Mild
Cognitive
Impairment
(MCI)
and
dementia.

public
health
issue
for
the
modern
ageing

it

health,

quality
life.

during

has

with
an

Abstract
As
with
many
other
musical
traits,
the
social
environment
is
a
key
influence
on
development
of
singing
ability.
While
familial
likely
to
be
formative,
its
role
relative
environmental
influences
such
as
training
unclear.
We
used
structural
equation
modeling
test
relationships
among
demographic
characteristics,
variables
(early
and
current
family),
vocal
training,
ability
in
large,
previously
documented
sample

twins
(

Abstract
Brain-Derived
Neurotrophic
Factor
(BDNF)
plays
a
crucial
role
in
neuroplasticity,
supporting
brain
health
along
life
and

aging.

study
investigates
the
impact
of
9-month
multidomain
intervention,
including
choral
practice,
on
BDNF
levels,
audiometric
neuropsychological
outcomes,
older
adults,
assessed

their
multidimensional
frailty,
