Abstract Oxidative stress is widely involved in the pathological process of ischemic stroke and ischemia-reperfusion. Several research have demonstrated that eliminating or reducing oxidative can alleviate changes stroke. However, current clinical antioxidant treatment did not always perform as expected. This bibliometric aims to identify trends, topics, hotspots evolution on field stroke, find potentially strategies future treatment. Relevant publications were searched from Web Science (WOS) Core Collection databases (2001–2022). VOSviewer was used visualize analyze development trends hotspots. In number increased significantly 2001 2022. China USA leading countries for publication output. The most prolific institutions Stanford University. Abstract Background Diabetes is a metabolic disorder posing global threat to health. Many scholars are dedicated developing non-pharmacological therapies, and mindfulness intervention among the potentially effective approaches. Due rapid increase in relevant research recent years, along with diverse focus interventions used studies, it has become challenging for practitioners quickly comprehend key features of this field directions worth paying attention to. Bibliometric analysis, response, can help understand identify points interest. Methods Publications related diabetes from establishment Web Science Core Collection (WOSCC) September 2023 were searched. We employed four bibliometric techniques: General Analysis Publications, Collaborative Network Analysis, Co-citation Keyword Analysis. The CiteSpace 6.1.R was analyze literature strongest citation bursts, while VOSviewer 1.6.13 provide visualizations publicly available data by analyzing co-citations or co-authorship affiliations. Results found total 387 articles. results indicate that on topic been steadily increasing over time. United States top producer publications, Tilburg University being institution publishes most journal “Mindfulness” highest publication count. In collaborative network emerged as main hub cooperation field, contributing 182 articles 5872 citations. “Diabetes Care” frequently cited played central role. keyword analysis revealed researchers have shown strong interest how affect mental health diabetic individuals. Additionally, there studying elderly groups exploring impact diseases. These areas currently priorities. Conclusion Our findings demonstrate current trend hotspots offer some future research.

Background Ischemic stroke (IS) remains a leading global cause of mortality and chronic disability. Neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs), recently identified as neutrophil-derived structures that trap neutralize pathogens, have increasingly drawn attention for their involvement in IS pathogenesis. Despite surge related research, no bibliometric analyses yet examined the knowledge framework trends within this emerging field. Here, we conducted systematic analysis to map research landscape identify current potential hotspots regarding NETs IS. Methods Relevant literature published between 2014 2024 was systematically retrieved from Web Science Core Collection (WoSCC) database. Multiple analytical tools, including CiteSpace, VOSviewer, R package “bibliometrix,” Python scripts, were employed explore publication trends, academic collaborations, prominent themes, topics. Results Ninety-two publications eligible assessment, supplemented by an additional latent Dirichlet allocation (LDA)-based topic 4,504 documents. China (30 publications) United States (23 emerged countries terms output, with collaboration networks predominantly centering around States. Noteworthy contributions also arose European institutions, particularly Katholieke Universiteit Leuven Karolinska Institutet. The authors Desilles, Jean-Philippe, Ho-Tin-Noé, Benoit, Mazighi, Mikael. Journals such Stroke , Annals Neurology Nature Communications significantly influenced domain. Three main emerged: (1) “promoting effect protein arginine deiminase 4 (PAD4) NET formation,” (2) “cell-free DNA biomarker disease diagnosis,” (3) “influence platelets thrombosis on NETs-related diseases.” Conclusion Our study offers extensive overview existing evolving trajectories concerning IS, providing researchers clear insights into future investigative directions. Nevertheless, our has limitations—including dependence single database (WoSCC), restriction English-language publications, inherent constraints LDA methodology—that merit consideration interpreting these findings.

Abstract Background Insulin resistance is a major pathogenic factor that plays crucial role in the development of metabolic syndrome and has been proposed as one its underlying causes. Most diagnostic criteria for do not directly include insulin resistance. Furthermore, research on continues to provide information treatment syndromes related health conditions. Therefore, this bibliometric analysis aimed investigate current status identify possible future hotspots area by analyzing Scopus-based studies. Methods To collect published data resistance, study used Scopus database source without particular starting date but including records up December 31, 2022. The gathered documents were then exported VOSviewer v.1.6.18 analyze visualize country collaborations areas high interest. Results presents an overview 1932 between 1988 2022, focusing Of these records, 77.33% original journal articles, while 13.30% review articles. Additionally, 9.35% fall under other types publication, letters, notes, editorials. United States came out top with 463 items, accounting 23.96% contributions field, followed Japan second place 119 items (6.16%). China ( n = 113, 5.85%) Kingdom ranked third. publications focus key terms pathogenesis syndrome, use waist circumference clinical indicator evaluate risk association oxidative stress pro-inflammatory state.
