Abstract Background The association between obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) and mortality has not been extensively researched among individuals with varying diabetic status. The association between composite dietary antioxidant index (CDAI) and asthma remains unclear. Our study aimed to investigate the of CDAI with in children aged 3–18 years United States. Background This study aimed to examine the associations of Composite Dietary Antioxidant Index (CDAI) with sarcopenic obesity (SO) using National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) database. Methods Data were gathered from NHANES between 2001 2004. To relationship CDAI occurrence SO, multiple logistic regression analyses performed. Subgroup performed demonstrate stability results. Restricted cubic splines utilized non-linear correlations. Results A total 2,333 elderly individuals included in study. In multivariate crude model, we revealed an odds ratio (OR) 0.928 [95% confidence interval (CI), 0.891–0.965, p &lt; 0.001] for correlation SO. The ORs 0.626 (95% CI, 0.463–0.842) 0.487 0.354–0.667) tertiles 2 3, respectively ( trend &lt;0.001), after full adjustment. subgroup analysis findings demonstrated a reliable enduring connection SO across various subgroups. However, strength was significantly affected by diabetes interaction = 0.027). Moreover, restricted spline L-shaped relationship.
