Natural

foods.Almonds
(Prunus
dulcis
Mill.D.)

an
important
food
item
both
nutritionally
medicinally.The
health
advantages
attributed
to
these,
the
value-added
products
developed
from
them
have
been
linked
activities
phenolic
compounds
in
nuts.The
nutritional
characteristics,
total
contents,
activity
almond
with
brown
skin
without

examined
current
study.The
findings
facts
support
possibility
using
almonds
sector
they
propose
that
significant

energy,
protein,
fiber,
