Background: Bromelain is a complex of plant-derived proteolytic enzymes found in almost all parts the Pineapple plant (Ananas comosus L.Merr.) and currently used treating muscle-skeletal disorders.Objectives: This study aimed to develop natural modified gels for potentially disorders assessing their physical-chemical properties.Natural its chemically altered form, with dextran aldehyde, were as active ingredients.Methods: Investigation physical chemical properties gels, identification by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy.Results: The activity 15 months stable remains 85-93% compared initial activity.Conclusions: spreadability, consistency, pH, thermal, colloidal stability base containing satisfactory.

Kombucha is a healthy and becoming popular beverage worldwide. It produced from tea leaves using symbiotic cultures of bacteria yeast. Background: Breast cancer is one of the most prevalent cancers in women worldwide. Considering side effects chemotherapy treatments, we investigated anticancer and mechanisms bromelain (Br) on breast cells this systematic review. Methods: The PRISMA recommendations were followed to design Web Science, PubMed, Cochrane Library, Scopus high-coverage databases used for searching. The objective of our research was to examine the antioxidant and membrane-protective characteristics a few medicinal plant extracts belonging Asteracea family, along with their flavonoid polyphenolic content, in order identify strategies for enhancing beverage composition boosting capacity green black tea. activity aqueous-ethanolic from dried parts plants, such as Arictum tomentosum Mill., Ghnapilum kasachstanicum Kirp. & Kuprian. ex Kirp., Artemisia schrenkiana Ledeb., A. rutifolia Steph.
