The
accumulation
of
proteinaceous
inclusions
in
the
brain
is
a
common
feature
among
neurodegenerative
diseases
such
as
Alzheimer's
disease,
Parkinson's
disease
(PD),
and
dementia
with
Lewy
bodies
(DLB).
main
neuropathological
hallmark
PD
DLB
are
inclusions,
known
(LBs),
enriched
not
only
α-synuclein
(aSyn),
but
also
lipid
species,
organelles,
membranes,
even
nucleic
acids.
Furthermore,
several
genetic
risk
factors
for
mutations
genes
involved
metabolism,
GBA1,
VSP35,
or
PINK1.
Thus,
it
surprising
that
mechanisms
have
been
implicated
PD,
inflammation,
altered
intracellular
vesicular
trafficking,
mitochondrial
dysfunction,
alterations

degradation
systems,

be
directly
indirectly
connected
through
homeostasis.

this
review,
we
highlight

recent
evidence

Background:
Epilepsy
is
a
prevalent
neurological
disorder,
prompting
an
ongoing
quest
for
new
therapeutic
agents.
Sinapis
alba,
commonly
known
as
yellow
mustard,
has
garnered
interest
its
potential
medicinal
properties.
This
study
aimed
to
assess
the
anti-convulsant
of
alba
in
rats.
Methods:
Wistar
albino
rats
were
categorized
into
5
distinct
experimental
groups
(six
each)
:
normal
control,
disease
group
administered
seed
oil
(200mg/kg
body
weight),
another
given
sodium
valproate
(300mg/kg
and
combination
receiving
both
(150mg/kg
weight
each).
Antioxidant
markers
subsequently
extracted
from
brain
samples,
cresyl
violet
staining
was
employed
discern
pathological
changes.
Results:
The
findings
revealed
significant
diminution
durations
flexion,
clonic
convulsion,
stupor
test,
standard,
contrast
with
control.
Additionally,
duration
tonic
hind
limb
extension
(THLE)
noted
substantial
decrease
group,
group.
Moreover,
administration
led
elevation
antioxidant
levels
concomitant
reduction
lipid
peroxide
levels.
Intriguingly,

Background:
Learning

L.)
for
hormones,

study

effect
hydroalcoholic
extract
(HAE)
on
learning
gonadectomized
(GDX)
male
Wistar
rats.
Methods:
First,
seeds
were
purchased
identified
by
herbarium
affiliated
with
Islamic
Azad
University
(IAU),
Qom

Qom,
Iran.

using

Summary
Pepper
is
valued
for
its
flavour
and
medicinal
properties,
but
there
a
lack
of
comparative
studies
on
the
quality
white
pepper
under
different
storage
conditions,
as
well
dynamic
changes
volatiles
during
storage.
