Copper sulfide nanoparticles (CuS NPs) have attracted growing interest in biomedical research due to their remarkable properties, such as high photothermal and thermodynamic capabilities, which are ideal for anticancer antibacterial applications. This comprehensive review focuses on the current state of antitumor applications CuS NPs. The initial section provides an overview various approaches synthesizing NPs, highlighting size, shape composition NPs fabricated using different methods. In this review, mechanisms underlying activities medical discussed clinical challenges associated with use also addressed.
