Psoriasis
is
an
inflammation-based
skin

Abstract
Oxaliplatin
(OXA)
has
been
recognized
as
a
third‐generation
platinum‐based
chemotherapeutic
agent
with
stellar
therapeutic
efficacy
in
managing
colorectal
cancer
(CRC).
Nevertheless,
resistance
to
OXA
CRC
patients
hinders
its
effectiveness.
Shikonin
(SHI),
natural
naphthoquinone

from
Arnebia
euchroma
(Royle)

pharmacological

and
minimal
toxicities.

assess
the
synergism
of
SHI
towards
OXA‐resistant
cells
