The COVID-19 pandemic dramatically altered the model of university education. However, most salient challenges associated with online learning, how students are coping these challenges, and impact changes have had on students' communities learning remain relatively unexplored. Changes to environment also disrupted existing for both lower upper-year students. Hence, purpose our study was explore how: (1) academic personal/interpersonal as a result COVID-19; (2) formal informal strategies used cope non-academic challenges; (3) services or resources provided by institution, if any, affected learning. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, students face intolerable mental and physical discomfort when taking online classes, directly impacting their learning motivation academic performance. To overcome this nuisance, primary objective of study was to examine factors affecting students’ performance during using a novel framework ergonomic appraisal. Purpose Sadaqah, a form of Islamic charity, was widely used to mitigate the adverse consequences COVID-19 pandemic on people’s socio-economic conditions and well-being.
