The article examines the expression of TC and TG levels in initial diagnosis treatment SCLC patients their tie-in with prognosis. Patients are included case set, who initially treated tumor center our hospital from January 2020 to 2021 confirmed by histopathology or cytology as research subjects. 80 healthy volunteers control received physical examination. All enrolled first-line standard plan, clinical data all inquired through medical record file system hospital. At treatment, persons measured recorded blood biochemistry. For patients, risk factors affecting prognosis progression-free survival include newly diagnosed TC, levels, stage. Combined detection can be used indicators predict patients. significantly correlated time. It is worthy application.

In the novel SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) as a global emergency event, main reason of cardiac injury from COVID-19 is angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) targeting in infection. The inhibition ACE2 induces an increase angiotensin II (Ang II) and receptor type 1 (AT1R) leading to impaired function or inflammatory responses. ethyl acetate fraction Potentilla reptans L. root can rescue heart dysfunction, oxidative stress, arrhythmias apoptosis. Therefore, isolated components P. evaluated identify natural anti-SARS-CoV-2 agents via molecular docking. silico docking study were carried out using Auto Dock software on compounds root. protein targets selective ACE others obtained Protein Data Bank (PDB). best binding pose between amino acid residues involved active site was discovered Furthermore, ADMET properties evaluated. triterpenoids showed more inhibitory potential than catechin both domains. They nACE domain, especially compound 5. Also, 5 & 6 had highest affinity toward nACE, cACE, AT1R, ACE2, TNF-α receptors. Meanwhile, 3 activity inhibit TXA2.
