Abstract This study aimed to examine the mediating role of anxiety and depression in relationship between coping styles life satisfaction among frontline medical workers during COVID‐19 pandemic. Five hundred fourteen from Zunyi were recruited complete questionnaires, including Self‐rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Depression (SDS), Satisfaction with Life (SWLS), Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ). The implementation of Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) has been shown to effectively prevent long-term psychological effects trauma. Additionally, it aids nurses in stabilising their emotional state and facilitates practical recovery. To investigate the effect MHFA on resilience capacity, organisational commitment, job insecurity turnover among working COVID-19 isolation units. Sixty units participated a quasi-experimental two-group, pre-post-test research. Purpose: To assess the anxiety and depression their predictors among healthcare workers in Liaoning Province, China.Methods: In order to explore influencing factors prevalence of workers, a crosssectional research design was used survey 500 using 14-item Hospital Anxiety Depression Scale (HADS), Rosenberg Self-Esteem (RSES), Multidimensional Perceived Social Support (MSPSS), Survey Organizational (SPOS).Results: About 47.12% suffered from 71.63% depression.In our study, we found that health status (OR: 0.540, 95% CI: 0.298-0.976),self-esteem 0.395, 0.251-0.619),PSS 0.621, 0.388-0.994),organizational support 0.533, CI. 0.333-0.854)were protective for suffering anxiety, resistance COVID-19 1.703, 1.082-2.681)was risk factor while good quality life 0.385, 0.206-0.719)self-esteem 0.187, 0.110-0.317),and PSS 0.475, 0.267-0.847)were depression, at age 35-40 years 2.475, 1.140-5.369)and 2.219, 1.313-3.751)were depression. Hospital staff in the COVID-19 local outbreak were facing different situations, their mental status and influencing factors also different. The aim of this study is to investigate anxiety depression hospital its potential influence during outbreak. This was a cross-sectional survey based on with COVID-19. We collected demographic characteristics, COVID-19-related issues, self-rating scale (SAS), (SDS) participants through an anonymous questionnaire. Factors associated explored univariate multivariate analyses. constructed nomograms calibration curves predict probability depression. A total 800 people completed 239 (29.9%) them doctors, 249 (31.1%) nurses 312 (39.0%) others. There 173 (21.6%) cases had anxiety, including 36 (20.8%) 76 (43.9%) 61 (35.3%) from other occupations 281 (35.1%) depression, 64 (22.8%) 101 (35.9%) nurses, 116 (41.3%) occupations. Nurses higher SAS SDS score than doctors others (F = 17.856, P < .001 F 14.376, .001). In addition, analysis found that occupation, education level, health condition, reduced sleep significant influences At same time, income significantly anxiety. During COVID-19, still varying degrees Occupation, condition both for state staff, nonmedical-related should be taken seriously.
