Abstract Background: Although knowledge of the barriers and motivators to physical activity participation among nurses is increasing, factors influencing motivation methods’ effectiveness are not completely defined. Abstract Aim To examine the associations between physical activity patterns, sleep quality, and stress levels among rotating‐shift nurses during COVID‐19 pandemic. Regulatory emotional self-efficacy represents individuals’ belief in their capacity to manage emotions effectively and plays a vital role supporting well-being adaptive functioning, particularly university students. This study explores the influence of loneliness on regulatory its underlying mechanisms by incorporating two mediating variables—satisfaction with life social interaction anxiety—within chain mediation model. Previous studies have indicated the positive impact of physical activity on affect in adolescents. However, psychological mechanism is still under-explored. The current study aims to investigate mediating role resilience and regulatory emotional self-efficacy relationship between affect. This cross-sectional recruited 580 adolescents (280 females, 12 16 years old). All participants completed measures Physical Activity Questionnaire for Adolescents (PAQ-A), Positive Negative Affect Scale (PANAS), Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale, Regulatory Emotional Self-Efficacy Questionnaire. Results showed that association was significant Psychological played a chain mediation effect significant. These results could positively adolescents' through self-efficacy. Our findings highlighted importance adolescents, which would benefit mental health this population.

It is a well-documented psychological phenomenon for athletes to experience abnormal performance on the field, often called choking. Negative emotions such as perceived stress and state-trait anxiety have been linked this phenomenon. In an effort delve into intricate relationship between mindfulness among susceptible choking, study was conducted in Central China during period from October November 2022.The sample selection process employed combination of cluster sampling random sampling, resulting total 377 viable samples encompassing choking-susceptible who frequently grapple with demonstrate deviations. This study aimed to examine the relationship between physical activity and cancer patients' survival beliefs constructed a mediation model involving mediating effects of interpersonal competence quality life. We conducted 252 questionnaire surveys on multiple chat groups for patients using WeChat software, assessed activity, beliefs, competence, life standard scales. Data were analyzed SPSS AMOS. Objectives: Psychological issues among adolescents represent a prevalent challenge in today’s society.
