Abstract
Objective
To
systematically
synthesise
existing
literature
to
identify
influences
on
personal
care
workers'
intentions
stay
when
employed
in
residential
aged
care.
Methods
A
systematic
integrative
review
was
conducted,
searching
relevant
across
multiple
databases,
including
Business
Source
Complete,
CINAHL
Medline
Complete
and
APA
PsycInfo
via
the
EBSCOhost
platform
EMBASE
(excluding
Medline).
Articles
were
eligible
for
inclusion
if
they
peer‐reviewed,
published
English
between
1997
2024,
focused
factors
influencing

methodological
quality
of
selected
articles
assessed
using
Mixed
Appraisal
Tool.
Results
This
included
six

reporting

Purpose

Introduction
In
practice,
the
phenomenon
of
employees
“lying
flat”—characterized
by
poor
proactive
behavior—reflects
a
failure
in
organization’s
compensation
incentive
policy.
Currently,
most
effective
practice
is
total
rewards,
yet
previous
research
seems
to
overlook
impact
rewards
(TR)
on
proactivity
and
has
not
considered
when
its
effects
may
vary
across
different
forms
behavior.
Methods
Based
social
exchange
theory
role
theory,
this
study
uses
hierarchical
regression
self-help
methods
conduct
two-wave
survey
new
generation
Chinese
knowledge
(

=
336).
Results
The
results
show
that
significantly
enhance
both
individual
task
team
member
proactivity,
with
greater
positive
effect

Purpose
