Abstract Continuous and sustainable growth has become a daily norm, putting increasing pressure on organizations to adopt green practices achieve competitive advantages. Therefore, this research aimed analyze the structural relationship between GHRM GTL EBs GIP with mediating role of EK. Knowledge workers turnover can negatively impact not only on work efficiency, organizational performance, productivity. Turnover intention is a core antecedent of turnover. The aim this research to conduct systematic review the current literature, determine factors that contribute knowledge workers' intention, and identify gaps in order suggest future directions priorities for study. A literature was guided by PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items Systematic Reviews Meta-Analyses). 38 articles meet inclusion criteria were found after an electronic search English studies published between 2014 April 2023 using Scopus, ScieneDirect, Emerald, Wiley carried out.The screening process resulted thirty-eight met revealed workers’ intentions. Abstract Objective To systematically synthesise existing literature to identify influences on personal care workers' intentions stay when employed in residential aged care. Methods A systematic integrative review was conducted, searching relevant across multiple databases, including Business Source Complete, CINAHL Medline Complete and APA PsycInfo via the EBSCOhost platform EMBASE (excluding Medline). Articles were eligible for inclusion if they peer‐reviewed, published English between 1997 2024, focused factors influencing The methodological quality of selected articles assessed using Mixed Appraisal Tool. Results This included six 2007 2021, reporting quantitative ( n = 4), qualitative 1) mixed methods research, with final study 2021. Purpose This study is threefold. First, it explores the key predictors of turnover intention (TI) among academic staff. It further examines how transformational leadership (TL) associated with TI these staff, and whether organizational culture (OC) mediates this association. Design/methodology/approach adopted a quantitative cross-sectional survey design. Data were obtained using structured questionnaire on sample 574 respondents drawn from population 4,192 staff cluster simple random sampling techniques. analyzed SPSS statistical software v23 hypotheses tested Process Macro v4.2 (Model 4). Findings found negative relationship between TL TI. Furthermore, OC partially Thus, our proves that there both direct indirect through OC. Research limitations/implications was limited to at selected universities in Uganda, which may limit generalizability findings. Introduction In practice, the phenomenon of employees “lying flat”—characterized by poor proactive behavior—reflects a failure in organization’s compensation incentive policy. Currently, most effective practice is total rewards, yet previous research seems to overlook impact rewards (TR) on proactivity and has not considered when its effects may vary across different forms behavior. Results The results show that significantly enhance both individual task team member proactivity, with greater positive effect former. Purpose The primary objective of this research is to examine the effects digital transformation capability (DTC) on employee turnover intention (ETI) in Jordanian universities. Based social cognitive theory (SCT). study also investigates mediated moderation role knowledge management (KMC) and leadership (DL) relationship between DTC ETI. Abstract Aim To identify key factors that influence personal care workers' (PCW) intention to stay in residential aged (RAC). Background PCWs are the ‘backbone’ of providing direct RAC settings. The well‐being older people hinges upon their dedication and commitment; thus, enhancing is a priority reduce turnover ensure continuity care. Methods Six databases were searched for articles focusing on influencing PCWs' RAC. Studies independently assessed quality using Joanna Briggs Institute Methodology systematic review tools.
