This research aims to examine the mediating role of organizational commitment between perceived support and employees' perceptions unethical pro-organizational behavior in public sector universities. The sample 233 individuals from universities Sindh Baluchistan was collected using non-probability purposive sampling. Data an adapted five-Likert scale questionnaire. primary technique for data analysis PLS-SEM SMART-PLS 4.0. findings demonstrated critical institutions how it acts as a bridge corporate employee perception. As the workplace continue to attract all segments of diverse society, one stark reality organizations grapple with in recent times is readiness inculcate inclusive behaviour among categories employees. This study evaluates role perceived supervisors’ support (PSS) on ostracism (PWO) through psychological ownership (PO) federal civil servants working Plateau state. We draw from affective event theory (AET) and organizational (OST)to justify hypothesized relationship. Five hundred twenty-six copies questionnaires were administered while 332 out retrieved usable. Structural equation modeling SMART-PLS version 4. was used analyze data collected. The results suggest that PSS significantly associate PWO mediates relationship between PWO. Purpose The complexity of citizenship behavior in organizations has long been a focus research. Traditional methodologies have predominantly used to address this complexity. This paper aims tackle the problem using cutting-edge technological tool: business process mining. objective is enhance behaviors by leveraging primary data collected from 326 white-collar employees Indian service industry. Design/methodology/approach study focuses on two main processes: training and creativity, with ultimate goal fostering organizational (OCB), both its overall manifestation (OCB-O) individual components (OCB-I). Seven different machine learning algorithms were used: artificial neural, behavior, prediction network, linear discriminant classifier, K-nearest neighbor, support vector machine, extreme gradient boosting (XGBoost), random forest naive Bayes. approach involved mining most effective path for predicting outcome automating entire efficiency sustainability.
