on
perspectives

students'
intention

their
satisfaction
levels
during
pandemic.

Abstract
Background
The
abrupt
onset
of

COVID-19
pandemic
compelled
universities
to
swiftly
establish
online
teaching
and
learning
environments
that
were
not
only
immediately
deployable
but
also
conducive
high-quality
education.
