The aim of this work was to determine the actions needed adopt and adapt Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) for efficient responsible use in organization, without affecting contribution collaborator his/her activities. This study intends to explore the determinants of AI adoption and its impact on HRM effectiveness in Tanzanian medium enterprises (MEs). With a focus providing insights for HR professionals decision-makers, data from 185 respondents comprising professionals, IT CEOs who have already adopted was analyzed using PLS-SEM, where factors Relative advantage, Complexity, Compatibility, Security/Privacy, Top management, Organisation readiness, Competitive pressure, External support Government were tested AI. Results highlight relative compatibility, competitive pressure as key drivers Tanzania's context, subsequently enhancing systems' effectiveness.
