Abstract
Background
With
the
development
of
society,
problem
population
aging
is
becoming
increasingly
severe.
The
degree
in
rural
areas
China
higher
than
urban
areas,
and
gap
continues
to
widen,
making
‘urban-rural
inversion’
evident.
To
actively
respond
aging,
understanding
current
status
health-related
quality
life
(HRQoL)
its
influencing
factors
older
adults,
taking
positive
measures
improve
HRQoL
adults
particularly
important.
This
study
aims
explore
profiles
associated
among
China.
Methods
A
multi-stage
stratified
random
sampling
method
was
used
survey
5,435
nine
prefectural
cities
Guizhou
Province,
China,
between

2024
October
2024.
