A mixed methods exploration of self-presentation, authenticity, and role model function on Instagram: perspectives from female influencers in Germany

Social media influencers focussing on beauty, fashion, and fitness topics (BFFI) are important opinion leaders Instagram. Nevertheless, they criticized for their potential negative influence followers' physical mental health due to potentially biased self-presentation. Previous research has mainly focused perceptions of influencers' self-presentation, leaving a gap regarding the views. The present survey included 26 female BFFIs from Germany (18-35 years old), with 16 self-reported micro-influencers (10,000-100,000 followers) ten macro-influencers (>100,000 followers), representing (semi-)professionals in this domain. 17 saw main focus field fitness, 13 beauty. demographic information, open-ended questions, established self-developed rating scales, social desirability assessment examine BFFIs' goals, role model function. Quantitative data was examined via inter-correlation matrix ANOVA, qualitative analyzed an approach content analysis. This study seeks to examine educators' communication tactics in instruction enhance the development of students' critical thinking abilities. employs a qualitative methodology utilizing Norman Fairclough's discourse analysis paradigm investigate three primary dimensions: texts, discursive practices, and social practices. Relationships Between AI Tools, Social Media, and Performance via Ensemble Bayesian Network: A Survey Among Chinese Lawyers

Amidst the rapid digital transformation reshaping legal profession globally, this study examines interplay between AI tools, social media usage, and lawyer job performance in China. While prior research has extensively explored factors influencing of lawyers, due to relatively small number lawyers China ethical limitations their use systematic investigations into roles context remain limited. We an ensemble Bayesian network model examine causal mechanisms, analyzing 313 questionnaires on media. How schoolchildren use digital media in class and outside of school over several weeks: a quantitative case study with media diaries

Introduction Digital media play a central role in the lives of today’s schoolchildren, immersed an increasingly digital world. Modern technologies blur lines between formal school settings and informal outside school. Although formats like bring-your-own-device align use setting with usage, disjunction exists children’s interactions their home environments those within educational setting.
