summarises
the
work
on
exercise
addiction
(EA)
over
past
12
years
and
exposes
critical
conceptual
methodological
issues.
More

1000
articles
exist
EA,
conceptualised
as
uncontrolled
training
harming
individual.
Still,
EA
has
no
clinical
diagnosis
criteria
at
this
time.
Research
is
increasing
continuously,
but
it
stale
in
advancing
knowledge.

between
addictive

progress.
Exercise

Background:
Exercise
addiction,

Individuals
