The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in an unanticipated shift nursing practice to meet the sudden increase demand for pandemic-related care, leaving nurses unable provide acceptable services patients way they were taught and expected do. Medication errors, mainly in the administration phase are, one of most prevalent and critical problems healthcare, so it is crucial to examine factors that influence incidence medication errors among nurses. Nurses' burnout caused by emotional exhaustion often results frequent compromising patient safety. Conversely, nurses' resilience level has been linked promoting professional development enhancing safety care. This study aimed ascertain whether nurse can predict errors. A cross-sectional descriptive correlational was conducted on 272 nurses from February 2024 April teaching hospitals affiliated Ahvaz Jundishapur University Medical Sciences, Ahvaz, Iran. The data collected through demographic information questionnaire, short version Resilience Scale (RS-14), scale. Data were analyzed using analytical statistics such as independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, multiple linear regression SPSS-22. mean scores for exhaustion, 10.29 ± 10.02, 29.97 7.92, 56.65 8.28, respectively. model indicated rise resilience, age, work experiences are associated with decreased levels much 0.42, 0.51, 0.80 times explained 23% variance (F = 18.054, p < 0.001). found play a very important role not only preventing but also exhaustion. Objectives: To evaluate the relationship among ICU patient-to-pharmacist ratio, perceived quality of patient care, and pharmacist burnout. Design: A prospective, multicenter, time-motion study conducted over a 10-month period (from May 1, 2022, to February 28, 2023). Setting: Adult ICU, PICU, or neonatal ICU. SUBJECTS: clinical pharmacists Interventions: None. Measurements Main Results: Overall, 128 completed 703 unique observation days recorded their time associated with direct/indirect care activities, Maslach Burnout Inventor survey scores, provided (5-point Likert scale). Resilience is essential for frontline health workers to cope with the unfavorable situations, especially under public emergencies. Emergency room (ER) nurses are a special cohort of professionals that may present moderate level resilience. Background The COVID-19 pandemic imposed unprecedented challenges on healthcare systems worldwide. placed frontline nursing staff working in the ICU and ER at epicenter of this global crisis. This study aimed to assess multifaceted impact sociodemographic characteristics quality life (QOL) during pandemic. Method A cross-sectional survey was conducted evaluate QOL 322 nurses five Saudi hospitals from May July 2022. Participants completed electronic questionnaire including demographic four domains World Health Organization Quality Life Questionnaire (WHOQOL-BREFF). data evaluated using descriptive inferential statistics. Results Among nurse participants, majority were female (84.8%), married (64.4%), held a bachelor's degree (92.4%). Age (above 40 years), gender (male), marital status (married) reported higher individual domain overall scores which shows that these have direct influence QOL.
