This study explores the impact of music therapy on emotional resilience, well-being, and employability. Through an 8-week intervention involving 256 participants, results demonstrated that significantly enhanced participants' which in turn improved their well-being A significant positive correlation was found between employability, with mediating relationship resilience Additionally, identified moderating effects age education level, revealing younger individuals those higher levels benefit more from terms These findings suggest is effective for enhancing career development, playing a crucial role this process. Future research should continue to investigate long-term benefits therapy, explore its across diverse populations, incorporate objective measures longitudinal designs validate expand upon these findings.

There are five vital signs that healthcare providers assess: temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, and pain. Normal levels for the published by American Heart Association, other specialty organizations, however, sixth sign (resilience) which adopts measure of immune resilience is suggested in this paper. Resilience ability system to respond attacks defend effectively against infections inflammatory stressors, psychological capacity resist, adapt, recover, thrive, grow from a challenge or stressor. Individuals with better optimal had health outcomes than those minimal resilience. The purpose paper conceptualize, contextualize, operationalize all six signs. We suggest measuring subjectively objectively. Subjectively, use 5-item guided interview revised Connor-Davidson Scale (CDRC), scale 10 items. CDRC scale. rated on 5-point Likert 0 (not true) 4 (true time). total score ranges 20, higher scores indicating greater demonstrated good construct validity internal consistency (α = 0.85) during development CD-RISC Cronbach's alpha level 0.85. Revised can be completed 2 - minutes. To objectively, we using Immune (IR) levels, preserve and/or rapidly restore functions promote disease resistance control inflammation stress. IR gauged two peripheral metrics quantify balance between CD8 CD4 T-cell gene expression signatures tracking longevity-associated immunocompetence mortality- entropy-associated inflammation. deregulation potentially reversible decreasing mechanisms have utility as biomarkers improving outcomes.

Abstract Aims In patients with aortic dissection (AD) after surgical repair, especially those hypertension, better management of blood pressure is associated health outcomes. The aim this study to identify hypertension self-management trajectory patterns and factors among Chinese repair assist in developing tailored behavioural interventions for population. Methods results 178 who underwent were followed 3 months. Data on self-management, knowledge, self-efficacy, social support collected before discharge at 1 months discharge. Sociodemographic clinical data also collected. A latent class growth model generalized estimating equations used explore each pattern. participants’ average age was 57.95 (± 11.27) years. Two identified: ‘rapid ascent then suppressed growth’ (93.4%) ‘continuously slow ascent’ (6.6%). For the pattern, age, educational background, type insurance, family monthly income, pattern (P < 0.05). Conclusion Healthcare providers may prioritize are younger, have lower levels, resident or employee medical insurance a income between 5001 10 000 yuan. Self-efficacy might serve as targets future intervention improve self-management. Registration ChiCTR2100050542.
