The COVID-19 pandemic continues to cause severe global disruption, resulting in significant excess mortality, overwhelming healthcare systems, and imposing substantial social economic burdens on nations. While most of the attention therapeutic efforts have concentrated acute phase disease, a notable proportion survivors experience persistent symptoms post-infection clearance. This diverse set symptoms, loosely categorized as long COVID, presents potential additional public health crisis. It is estimated that 1 5 exhibit clinical manifestations consistent with COVID. Despite this prevalence, mechanisms pathophysiology COVID remain poorly understood. Alarmingly, evidence suggests cases within condition develop debilitating or disabling symptoms. BackgroundWith the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), nurses have won well-deserved recognition for their indispensable roles in providing humane and professional healthcare patients. To introduce the Community Resiliency Model (CRM) as mental well-being support for healthcare workers working through height of COVID-19 pandemic.Randomised controlled trial with a no treatment control group.Two large urban health systems in Southern United States between October 2020 and June 2021.Eligible participants were currently employed within participating systems. 275 employees registered consented electronically response to email invitations. 253 completed baseline survey necessary be randomised included analyses.Participants assigned 1:1 or intervention group at time registration. Intervention then invited 1-hour virtual CRM class teaching skills increase somatic awareness context self other care.Self-reported data collected rating awareness, well-being, symptoms stress, work engagement interprofessional teamwork.Baseline on total sample (53% nurses) revealed higher stress lower than general population. The who attended (56) provided follow-up 1 week (44) 3 months (36). The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between nurses' well-being and their ethical leadership, mediating role workplace mindfulness in relationship.This a quantitative cross-sectional study.This conducted three tertiary hospitals central China from May 2022 July 2022, Nurses' Workplace Mindfulness, Ethical Leadership Well-Being Scale were distributed collected via Internet. A total 1579 nurses volunteered participate study. SPSS 26.0 statistical software used analyse data by Z-test Spearman's rank correlation; internal mechanism leadership on completed AMOS 23.0 software.The scores well-being, 93.00 (81.00, 108.00), 96.00 (80.00, 112.00) 73.00 (67.00, 81.00) respectively. professional title, age department atmosphere affect well-being. analysis showed that positively correlated with (r = .507, p < .01) .600, .01); partially mediated accounting for 38.5% effect ratio [p .001, 95% CI (0.215, 0.316)].Nurses' at medium level, had higher score mindfulness, played partial well-being.This suggests nursing managers need pay attention clinical experience, actively focus among integrate core values such as positivity morality into daily routines, so improve work enthusiasm experience nurses, enhancing quality stabilizing team.

INTRODUCTION: Work in intensive care units (ICUs) is one of the most difficult and can lead to development psychoemotional disorders. During COVID-19 pandemic, this problem has become more urgent. OBJECTIVES: To investigate state nursing staff working ICUs with patients infected COVID-19. There is abundant evidence that an individual's personality traits may influence their level of empathy. However, the role death attitudes in relationship between disorder functioning styles nurses and empathy remains to be elucidated. Personality styles, attitudes, levels were assessed 614 Chinese trainee using Parker Measure (PERM), Death Attitude Scale-Revised (DAP-R), Jefferson Scale Empathy-Health Professionals (JSE-HP). Among nurses, DAP-R Fear Death, Avoidance, Escape Acceptance, Approach Neutral Acceptance(-) partially mediated negative correlations all PERM except Obsessive-compulsive style Furthermore, Acceptance fully Avoidance attenuated among those with higher Narcissistic Dependent respectively. served as a mediator moderator relationships suggesting need for targeted education early-career dysfunctions.
