To explore the current situation of anxiety, depression and sleep quality among college students after COVID-19 pandemic, as well moderating effect physical activity on negative emotions, to provide a theoretical basis for colleges universities formulate corresponding interventions. An online cross-sectional questionnaire survey was carried out by convenience sampling method 801 from China through General Information Questionnaire (GIQ), Anxiety Self-Rating Scale (ASRS), Depression (DSRS), Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PQIS), Physical Activity Rating (PARS). Data were analysed using SPSS 25.0 software Pearson correlation used correlations between variables.
