Background
and
Aim:
As
the
integration
of
artificial
intelligence
(AI)
in
healthcare
delivery
becomes
increasingly
prevalent,
understanding
knowledge,
attitudes,
practices
health
science
students
towards
AI
is
crucial.
However,
limited
evidence
exists
regarding
readiness
students,
particularly
northern
Saudi
Arabia
(KSA),
to
integrate
into
their
future
practices,
highlighting
need
for
focused
evaluation.
We
evaluated
students'
attitude,
practice,
associated
factors
toward
AI.
Participants
Methods:
The
present
cross-sectional
study
was
conducted
among
384
aged
18
years
above
from
Jouf
University,
KSA.
employed
a
validated
data
collection
form
with
four
sections:
demographics,
knowledge
(AI
principles
applications),
attitudes
(perceptions
ethical
concerns),
(usage
confidence
tools).

were
categorized
as
low
