Background: The COVID-19 pandemic first occurred in China December 2019 which has become a public health problem. WHO declared Covid-19 global pandemic. Almost all countries the world are affected by Covid-19. Research objective: to review experience of breastfeeding mothers during Method: This scoping method consists several steps, namely Identifying Scoping Review Questions, Relevant Literature Sources, Selection, Compiling, summarizing, and reporting results. Results: based on critical appraisal, 14 articles were obtained. results found 3 themes, emotional burden, impact practices, support social needs. Conclusion: can foster confidence self-confidence for continue giving breast milk their babies. findings from this study be used as basis or input future researchers practices overcome challenges that arose

ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the repercussions of COVID-19 on length breastfeeding and analyze associated factors in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil. Method: This is an epidemiological, prospective cohort study. Data were collected from medical records through telephone interviews. Women who weaned estimated using Kaplan-Meier survival analysis. Abstract Background The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly altered maternal healthcare delivery, including breastfeeding practices. Our study investigated the influence of nurses, midwives, and doulas on education rates, with a specific focus changes that transpired during pandemic. Methods Using cross-sectional design, we performed secondary data analysis stratified systematic sample forty-six U.S. states New York City respondents who completed Pregnancy Risk Assessment Monitoring System (PRAMS) Phase 7 (2012–2015) 8 (2016–2020) surveys (n = 193,068). Descriptive analyses adjusted multivariable logistic regression models reporting odds ratios (aORs) 95% confidence intervals (95% CIs) were used to assess associations between provision guidance mothers from doulas, or midwife professionals; breastfeeding/pumping rates; Results findings revealed participants received twice as likely have engaged in milk pumping for their infants than did not receive (aOR 1.99, CI: 1.89–2.11, p ≤ 0.0001). Pregnancy and postpartum periods are known as sensitive in women’s life COVID-19 pandemic seems to be worsening their mental health with major impacts on exclusive breastfeeding duration. Therefore, the present study aims fill gap literature by assessing links between anxiety depression symptoms duration well associated factors during pandemic. A longitudinal prospective observational was conducted November December 2020 at Maternity ward of Vlore Regional Hospital, Albania. total 321 women were invited participate study, resulting 215 participants a response rate 66.9%. Along modified questions from Infant Feeding Practices Study II (IFPS II) Neonatal Questionnaire follow-up birth third sixth months, Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7-item scale (GAD-7) Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) used measure levels. The binomial logistic regression model applied reflect relationship variables corresponding p-value ≤ 0.05. mean age 27.4 ± 5.32 years old. 41% them experienced 51% showed depression.
