Background: The COVID-19 pandemic first occurred in China December 2019 which has become a public health problem. WHO declared Covid-19 global pandemic. Almost all countries the world are affected by Covid-19. Research objective: to review experience of breastfeeding mothers during Method: This scoping method consists several steps, namely Identifying Scoping Review Questions, Relevant Literature Sources, Selection, Compiling, summarizing, and reporting results. Results: based on critical appraisal, 14 articles were obtained. results found 3 themes, emotional burden, impact practices, support social needs. Conclusion: can foster confidence self-confidence for continue giving breast milk their babies. findings from this study be used as basis or input future researchers practices overcome challenges that arose

Abstract The impact of the COVID‐19 pandemic on breastfeeding (BF) practices in low‐ and middle‐income countries (LMICs) is not well understood. Introduction: Exclusive breastfeeding until six months of life is the ideal way to feed infants. However, there a significant number infants who have never breastfed, despite beneficial properties breastfeeding. On other hand, coronavirus outbreak had effects on people’s health, both mentally and physically, has also impacted process. Aim: The aim this study was investigate implication COVID-19 through qualitative data from databases. Methods: We searched online databases (PubMed, Google Scholar, PsycINFO) for studies published 2019 2023. ‘Out 2598 papers we found, only 12 were included in review’. Pregnancy and postpartum periods are known as sensitive in women’s life COVID-19 pandemic seems to be worsening their mental health with major impacts on exclusive breastfeeding duration. Therefore, the present study aims fill gap literature by assessing links between anxiety depression symptoms duration well associated factors during pandemic. A longitudinal prospective observational was conducted November December 2020 at Maternity ward of Vlore Regional Hospital, Albania. total 321 women were invited participate study, resulting 215 participants a response rate 66.9%. Along modified questions from Infant Feeding Practices Study II (IFPS II) Neonatal Questionnaire follow-up birth third sixth months, Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7-item scale (GAD-7) Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) used measure levels. The binomial logistic regression model applied reflect relationship variables corresponding p-value ≤ 0.05. mean age 27.4 ± 5.32 years old. 41% them experienced 51% showed depression.
