BACKGROUND Health care institutions face high systemic risk due to the inherent uncertainty and complexity of their operations. This often leads stressful incidents impacting well-being health professionals, which can compromise effectiveness systems. Enhancing resilience among professionals is essential for maintaining high-quality ensuring patient safety. The role middle managers ensure response capacity individuals teams. OBJECTIVE study aims develop a web-based intervention aimed at management enhance individual, team, organizational resilience. METHODS An observational was conducted in 3 phases: design, validation, pilot study. initiated February 2022 concluded June 2023. Phase 1 involved designing content tool based on comprehensive review critical elements around 2 included validation by an international panel experts who reviewed rated it according structured grid. They were also encouraged highlight strengths areas improvement. piloting with Ecuador refine platform assess its effectiveness. A total 458 people invited participate through Institutional Course Continuous Improvement Care Quality Safety offered Ministry Public Ecuador. The second victim (SV) experience limits the performance of health and care workers places patients at risk. Healthcare adverse events (AEs) significantly impact professionals, often leading to emotional distress and lasting effects. This study investigates the of AEs on healthcare professionals in Romania, focusing nurses examine their experiences within patient safety culture psychological consequences AEs. With a limited body research safety, events, second victims (SVs) this addresses crucial gap, highlighting need for enhanced support mechanisms SVs. A cross-sectional Romania targeted nurses. Utilizing online onsite surveys facilitated by Order Nurses, Midwives, Medical Assistants data were collected between April June 2022, exploring related experiences. Statistical analysis included chi-square tests, Student's t-tests, one-way ANOVA, logistic regression, using SPSS version 29.0. surveyed 995 primarily aged 31–50 (67.8%). Over half (57.9%) reported near-miss incidents, 30.8% aware serious events. Nurses over 50 scored higher (20.98 vs. 20.45, p = .024) than younger Higher scores associated with reduced negative responses (e.g., guilt, anxiety, insomnia, tiredness) following responses. Additionally, 88.9% showed interest training coping supportive interventions settings. underscores significant professional ongoing challenges environments. Imposter phenomenon (IP) can impact professional performance and has been described as a risk factor for burnout within healthcare workers. We hypothesize that IP are prevalent among Swiss anaesthesiology residents junior anaesthesiologists, specific factors significantly associated with these conditions. conducted cross-sectional web-based survey of anaesthesiologists working in regions Switzerland. Abstract Background: The second victim phenomenon, involving emotional and psychological distress after adverse events, is underexplored among pharmacy professionals. validated Second Victim Experience Support Tool measures these experiences support options, with the improved version also assessing resilience. Aim: This study aimed to validate Tool-Revised, measure present results professionals in Serbia.
