A szervezetek az elmúlt években komoly kihívásokkal találták szembe magukat, melyekre kreatív, innovatív HR-eszközökkel voltak kénytelenek válaszolni annak érdekében, hogy képesek legyenek megtalálni, megszerezni, valamint megtartani a tehetséges munkavállalókat. Az egyik ilyen újszerű eszköz HRszakemberek kezében gamifikáció, melyet számos szervezet sikerrel alkalmazott. tanulmány célja nemzetközi szakirodalmak alapján feltárni és átfogó képet adni arról, milyen HR-funkciókban jelenik meg játékosítás, illetve adott területen eredményeket értek el szakemberek bevezetésével. The post-pandemic age has heightened the importance of digitalizing organizational practices and fostering innovation for SMEs to ensure resilient business operations in a volatile work environment. This research paper examines impact digital transformation leadership on digitalization development innovative models while considering roles agility knowledge transfer. A survey 270 employees from Lebanon was conducted using convenience sampling technique. Digital transformation has had a significant impact on business and human resource management (HR). This research explores "Strategic Human Resource Planning in the Era of Transformation" through systematic literature review. Key findings include deep technology integration, key stakeholder engagement, an emphasis developing employee skills leadership as crucial elements responsive HR planning. Organizations that successfully align planning with sustainable development goals also create broader positive impacts. Nonetheless, implementation challenges such change resistance, technological uncertainty, difficulty predicting needs are major focus. In the rapidly evolving digital environment, organizations face increasing pressure to adapt technological advancements while ensuring long-term sustainability. This study was motivated by critical need understand how human resource (HR) leadership can effectively foster skills development drive economic sustainable development. Recognizing that competencies are now essential for organizational resilience and competitiveness, this research explores interplay between HR leadership, acquisition, employed SERVQUAL tool assess gaps employee expectations perceptions across key demographic variables, including age, education level, employment status. Data collected from 476 participants several European Union countries underscore significant influence of factors on these perceptions. The findings reveal a high alignment perceptions, reflecting importance in bridging gap. The study explores how humanity influences the development of digitalization on population dynamics during changing times Covid-19 pandemic. A scoping review was conducted using PRISMA guidelines. Fifteen full-text articles were selected from 40 identified studies (2020-2023). Three themes emerged: (1) influence times, (2) technical and ethical challenges, (3) solutions to these challenges. Findings highlight need for new opportunities distinctive challenges in creating larger digital databases may contribute advancement fields.

This study aimed to analyze the adaptations in corporate governance practices of a Brazilian support foundation, context crisis caused by COVID-19 pandemic. Support foundations act as pillars for research and innovation, ensuring continuity strategic activities teaching, research, outreach. adopted Value-Focused Thinking (VFT) methodology identify organization’s core values objectives, assessing their influence on decision making. Through application VFT method, decision-making alternatives were structured based sessions conducted with foundation’s employees. Among made implementation health protocols, adoption technologies risk monitoring, restructuring workflows, focus financial process optimization. The results indicated that strengthened, an emphasis transparency cost reduction. contributes good integrating organizational strategy into digital transformation process. As suggestion future it is proposed investigate impact these post-pandemic period, well conduct comparative studies other institutions deepen understanding effectiveness different contexts.

Changes in work assets due to the COVID-19 pandemic posed several challenges employees' well-being, especially light of changes organization, such as remote working and massive use IT. According literature on role technologies at work, organization's ability support is a valuable protective factor. At same time, social distancing forced employees new relational asset. This, turn, can shed how sense connection belonging an organization impacts experiences. This paper will test mediational effect structural community link between job demands satisfaction sample workers. The study involved 635 participants aged 21 70 (mean = 46.7, SD 11; females 61%). Among them, 33% had experiences before first Italian lockdown (March 2020). research protocol included scales from COPSOQ-III (job demands, community, satisfaction) questionnaire evaluate related Results equation model showed partial mediating but not support, (χ2(22) 76.918, p 0.00, CFI 0.966, TLI 0.944, RMSEA 0.063 (90% CI 0.048-0.078, 0.079), SRMR 0.044). associations for future technology-based detailed discussion.
