The post-pandemic age has heightened the importance of digitalizing organizational practices and fostering innovation for SMEs to ensure resilient business operations in a volatile work environment. Objective: Although the importance of emotional intelligence is noted by several authors, its significance should be emphasized in jobs where crises occur, such as Lebanese banking positions. The study lies main aim, which to address this gap and examine how bank employees affects their performance during a crisis. aim positive impact on working sector Methodology: To verify questionnaire was distributed crisis that has been affecting Lebanon. Servant leadership positively influences the performance of organizations since it focuses on developing most critical capital – human beings. The study aims to analyze influence servant organizational mediated by culture focusing administrative staff in Peru. It uses a quantitative approach and non-experimental design. data were obtained transversally from 465 union members-administrative through virtual survey with 20-item Likert-type questionnaire, verifying for compliance underlying assumptions. For processing, SPSS AMOS program was chosen, subjecting confirmatory factor analysis using structural equation model test proposed hypotheses. results show that, staff, partially mediates at 0.127. While (β = 0.341, p < 0.01), also 0.492, 0.01). Furthermore, (β= 0.262, confirms importance organizations. Also, provides evidence affirm that is fundamental explaining this influence, thus filling research gap.

Purpose: The COVID-19 outbreak’s effect on the world has been unparalleled, its consequences generated unpredictable behavioral changes in individuals’ perceptions, which can affect entrepreneurial activities. This paper aims to analyze motivating factors, challenges, and youths' perspectives regarding factors that their intention engage activities Lebanon, a country dealing with one of worst global economic financial crises middle nineteenth century. Design/methodology/approach: Data were gathered from valid sample 992 university students as part quantitative approach data collection covered seven different districts Lebanon. In order contextual elements connection students’ activity using planned behavior theory, structural equation modelling was used. Findings: results provide evidence three experiences—attitude towards entrepreneurship, perceived control, social norms— have direct impact likelihood future initiatives. Nevertheless, desire be entrepreneur not directly impacted by support provided university, government business environment. Theoretical Practical Implications: practical implications made this study’s results. Theoretically study adds literature examining may an enterpreneurial during time crisis. Objective: Employee retention is a real challenge and crucial component that affects the organization's success sustainability. The major purpose of this study to examine human resource management strategies influence employee in private institutions Lebanon. The purpose of this study was to see the impact “strategic human resources management (HRM) practices” on achieving “competitive advantages” that will be long-lasting, as well contribution “human capital development” and “employee commitment” in information technology sector.
