Agencification and granting managerial autonomy to public sector organisations are believed change organisational cultures. This study used path factor analysis on a sample of 600 personnel in Indonesia evaluate the role agencification New Public Management (NPM) framework. This research aims to explore the role played by management information systems (MIS) in increasing environmentally sustainable practices among SMEs Saudi Arabia. Abstract This study investigated the multifaceted relationship between resilience engineering practices, work motivation factors, health, safety, and environment (HSE) management to achieve employee productivity within a mining company in South Kalimantan, Indonesia. Employing structural equation modelling (SEM) on data from 178 workers, intriguing results are diverged established research. While practices factors significantly enhanced productivity, robust HSE demonstrated surprisingly insignificant association. unexpected finding necessitates closer examination of unique context Indonesian culture implementation practices. Bali's tourism industry faces a critical challenge: achieving sustainable growth without sacrificing the environment. While green practices are gaining traction in hotels, specific factors driving environmental performance remain unclear, this study investigates these relationships within unique context, informed by resource-based view and ability-motivation-opportunity theory. Unlike other Indonesian regions, deeply rooted Tri Hita Karana philosophy, emphasizing harmony with environment, creates fertile ground for eco-innovation hotels. The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted all employment conditions as working during the is a risk to employees’ health. This study investigates women’s intentions leave their job times of crisis.
