Agencification

Abstract
This
study
investigated
the
multifaceted
relationship

resilience
engineering
practices,
work
motivation
factors,
health,
safety,
and
environment
(HSE)
management
to
achieve
employee
productivity
within
a
mining
company
in
South
Kalimantan,
Indonesia.
Employing
structural
equation
modelling
(SEM)
on
data
from
178
workers,
intriguing
results
are
diverged

insignificant
association.
