Agencification and granting managerial autonomy to public sector organisations are believed change organisational cultures. This study used path factor analysis on a sample of 600 personnel in Indonesia evaluate the role agencification New Public Management (NPM) framework. The revealed that regarding financial management promotes result-oriented culture while encouraging improved organisation performance. However, it contradicted traditional NPM concepts by proving more than control alone is needed promote results-oriented among naturally. These findings show its discourse application must be modified realise NPM's promise Indonesian setting fully. Entrepreneurs in economically challenged areas frequently rely on financial and technical incentives aid from public local governments to embrace apply new technology. This study aims investigate the challenges technology innovation that these businesses face. Based a survey of 422 nascent entrepreneurs Banjarmasin, Indonesia, an empirical model determinants influencing adoption is developed. The current used factor analysis as methodological tool identify critical impediments innovation. study’s findings highlighted five major barriers. More resources are needed: locations need help get necessary funds support their creative endeavors. There for more skilled individuals: locate keep employees with appropriate technological skills. Unfavorable economic conditions exacerbate problem by making it difficult access markets could innovative efforts. Social media has become an increasingly vital tool for human resource management (HRM) in many parts of the globe. However, Asian societies have adopted social HRM at a lesser rate than Western cultures, which are more egalitarian and open, leading to greater comfort with using professional interactions, even superiors. This article provides comprehensive literature review on use societies. The analyzes 590 studies published between 2013 2023, following PRISMA protocol systematic reviews VOSviewer. results indicate that number publications this topic fluctuated, notable increase interest since 2015. most prolific countries terms India, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Taiwan, South Korea, Thailand, UAE. study identifies significant research clusters discusses difficulties encountered when implementing technologies within context. This article aims to develop video learning media specifically crafted assist educators in presenting materials more tangibly and understandably, particularly within early childhood education. Guided by the Research Development (R&D) process, study focuses on two primary objectives: (1) elucidating intricacies of developing STEAM-based for Early Childhood Education, incorporating Religious Moral Values, (2) evaluating appropriateness effectiveness such educational context. Adopting ADDIE development model, research encompasses five pivotal stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. The validation process developed product entails collaboration with media, material, design experts, complemented feedback from colleagues. One-to-one tests, Small Group Tests, Field Test methods are employed assess media. Validation results these experts affirm that aligns seamlessly criteria successful application settings. During implementation phase involving 15 students, it became evident this was an effective tool. post-test scores surpassing pre-test indicate product's efficacy enhancing understanding morning phenomena, instilling religious moral values, fostering STEAM creativity

This study explored the line managers’ perspective on organizational factors affecting implementation of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) in Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies (MMDA’S) Upper West Region (UWR) Ghana. In order to accomplish purpose study, five were from literature namely: Top Management Support, Financial Resources, Training, Relative Advantage Change Management. Data was collected through a questionnaire. 187-line managers purposively selected eleven MMDA’s UWR analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Software (SPSS). The concluded that, had moderate level acceptance as that affect HRIS whereas low acceptance. also correlation with Effectiveness no Effectiveness. recommended top management must support provide enough financial resources HRIS. O objetivo principal do trabalho é analisar como a Inteligência Artificial (IA) pode ser utilizada para otimizar processos e melhorar eficiência na gestão de pessoas no setor público. A pesquisa adota uma abordagem qualitativa, utilizando entrevistas semiestruturadas com servidores da Subsecretaria Gestão Recursos Humanos projeto Automatiza.MG, permitindo compreensão aprofundada das experiências percepções dos entrevistados sobre o uso IA. Os resultados indicam que implementação IA (RH) trazer benefícios significativos, automação tarefas repetitivas, melhoria tomada decisões personalização serviços oferecidos aos servidores. No entanto, também foram identificados desafios, resistência à mudança necessidade capacitação profissionais. conclusão aponta importância um planejamento estratégico cultura organizacional favoreça inovação, ressaltando adoção deve acompanhada processo cultural formação contínua, fim maximizar seus garantir pública mais eficiente eficaz.
