Agencification
and
granting
managerial
autonomy
to
public
sector
organisations
are
believed

path
factor
analysis
on
a
sample
of
600
personnel
in
Indonesia
evaluate

role
agencification
New
Public
Management
(NPM)
framework.

financial
management

contradicted
traditional
NPM
concepts
by

explored
the

managers’
perspective

organizational

West
Region
(UWR)
