This article aims to explore the role of management in translating external factors’ and internal barriers’ impacts on level adoption digital technologies as a lever for change business operations processes small- medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). SMEs face distinct set challenges when adopting technologies, often lacking resources knowledge. On other hand, they have certain characteristics, such simpler organisational structures processes, that make them more flexible than larger firms leveraging into new models. Data this study are obtained from 989 Bulgaria manufacturing services sectors. A PLS–SEM analysis confirms eight hypotheses raised relationships between environmental factors government support (management support, flexibility, risk-tolerant culture) impact intensity. Environmental is stronger while barriers found no statistically significant relationship. The research findings highlight important guiding transformation through supporting flexibility promoting culture.

Given the rapid advancements in digital transformation era, leadership has become essential for enhancing employee performance and organizational commitment. This study specifically examines mediating role of relationship between leadership, performance, commitment, drawing on data collected June August 2024 from 579 participants across diverse industries. The findings demonstrate that significantly enhances outcomes by driving transformation, which serves as a crucial intermediary amplifies positive effects leadership. research underscores importance aligning strategies with initiatives, especially DT-driven business landscape, to promote sustainable growth maintain competitive edge. This study examines the main determinants influencing commitment of tourism village managers and business stakeholders to implement digital transformation. Objective: The objective of this study is to investigate the key factors influencing commitment digital transformation (DT) Vietnamese small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Theoretical Framework: A model on was developed verified using resource-based view institutional theories. Method: This surveyed 85 SMEs (43 manufacturing 42 service enterprises) used SPSS software test relationships between (international national governance, competitors, customers), firm resources (finance resources, technology, human resource, leadership) across various industries. Results Discussions: empirical results show that governance pressure, technology are among in SMEs’ transformation. Furthermore, commit more due their engagement with international trade resources. The adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies supports the digital transformation production processes, making them more efficient. This study examines how infrastructure, skills, and use cloud influence labor productivity in European Union countries. Using econometric methods, including linear regressions fixed-effects panel regressions, analysis highlights important role skills play boosting productivity.
