This study examines the impact of responsible digital innovation on performance, with a focus mediating roles organizational culture and strategy moderating role literacy in Ghana's technology sector. Data were collected from 613 employees, managers, leaders across high-tech firms using time-lagged survey design. Structural equation modeling was employed to assess relationships among variables.
