Ornamental containerized transplant production needs high doses of controlled release fertilizers (CFR), but it is known that there an environmental risk caused by inadequate fertilization management. To the best our knowledge, amino acid-(AaB) and seaweed extract-(SeB) based biostimulant application, in ornamental production, still poorly studied. Therefore, aim this work was to assess hypothesis that, under reduced nutrient supply, SeB AaB applications, via foliar spray, can promote quality sustainability high-quality seedlings with a 90-day growing cycle. Abstract Enhancing crop yields in an environmentally sustainable manner is crucial the agricultural sector, given challenges posed by population growth, climate change, and need to reduce pesticide usage. Biostimulants, such as amino acids, offer natural stable solutions improve yield, resistance external factors. They achieve this reducing impact of abiotic stress stimulating plant defence mechanisms. As biostimulants, acids' simplicity, cost-effectiveness, environmental friendliness have garnered recognition whilst offering yield Mixtures containing multiple acids are commonly used agriculture, but effects individual components within these mixtures less understood. Wheat, a staple crop, faces numerous challenges due to climate change and the increasing demand for sustainable practices. Biostimulants, which enhance plant growth resilience, have gained attention their potential improve wheat productivity in an environment-friendly manner. This study presents comprehensive bibliometric analysis of field-based research on wheat's response biostimulants under field conditions from 2000 2024. Analyzing 222 studies, reveals significant rise publications biostimulants, with annual rate 15.6%. Asia leads largest share (59.4%), followed by Europe (18.1%) Africa (11.6%). North America, South America Oceania fewer contributions. Additionally, institutions Pakistan, India Egypt rank as most productive this topic. Saudi Arabia stands out highest percentage international collaboration, at 91.7% between countries 100% among institutions. The findings reveal that significantly ability withstand abiotic stress, optimize nutrient uptake, overall health. Research is transitioning traditional organic methods microbial inoculants advanced biostimulant formulations, improved management, reduced environmental impact. Protein hydrolysates (PHs) are plant biostimulants consisting of oligopeptides and free amino acids exploited in agriculture to increase crop productivity. This work aimed fractionate a commercial collagen-derived protein hydrolysate (CDPH) according the molecular mass peptides evaluate bioactivity different components. First, CDPH was dialyzed and/or filtrated analyzed on maize, showing that smaller compounds were particularly active stimulating lateral root growth.
