Abstract
Enhancing
crop
yields
in
an
environmentally
sustainable
manner
is
crucial
the
agricultural
sector,
given
challenges
posed
by
population
growth,
climate
change,
and
need
to
reduce
pesticide
usage.
Biostimulants,
such
as
amino
acids,
offer
natural
stable
solutions
improve
yield,
resistance
external
factors.
They
achieve
this
reducing
impact
of
abiotic
stress
stimulating
plant
defence
mechanisms.
As
biostimulants,
acids'
simplicity,
cost-effectiveness,
environmental
friendliness
have
garnered
recognition
whilst
offering
yield
Mixtures
containing
multiple
acids
are
commonly
used
agriculture,
but
effects
individual
components
within
these
mixtures
less
understood.
This
review
summarises
current
knowledge
on
foliar
application

naturally
occurring
acids.

challenges
due

change

increasing
demand

sustainable
practices.
Biostimulants,

enhance
plant
growth
resilience,
have
gained
attention
their
potential

wheat
productivity
in
an
environment-friendly

study
presents
comprehensive
bibliometric
analysis
of
field-based
research
on
wheat's
response
biostimulants
under
field
conditions
from
2000
2024.
Analyzing
222
studies,
reveals
significant
rise
publications
biostimulants,
with
annual
rate
15.6%.
Asia
leads
largest
share
(59.4%),
followed
by
Europe
(18.1%)
Africa
(11.6%).
North
America,
South
America
Oceania
fewer
contributions.
Additionally,
institutions
Pakistan,
India
Egypt
rank
as
most
productive
this
topic.
Saudi
Arabia
stands
out
highest
percentage
international
collaboration,
at

The
findings
reveal
that

Protein
hydrolysates
(PHs)
are
plant
biostimulants
consisting
of
oligopeptides
and
free
amino
acids
exploited
in
agriculture
to
increase
crop
productivity.
This
work
aimed
fractionate
a
commercial
collagen-derived
protein
hydrolysate
(CDPH)
according
the
molecular
mass
peptides
evaluate
bioactivity
different
components.

CDPH
was
dialyzed

filtrated
