In order to study the characteristics and sources of heavy metal pollution within different grassland soil categories in Altay, 147 samples were collected Fuyun County according type, contents seven metals (Cu, Pb, Cr, Zn, As, Ni, Cd) determined. The was evaluated using Nemerow geological accumulation index methods. absolute principal component score–multiple linear regression model (APCS-MLR) used analyze contribution rate sources. results showed that (1) content 0~10 cm mining area generally higher than remaining two layers. Natural most seriously contaminated, its contamination Zn > Pb Ni Cd Cu Cr As. (2) evaluation comprehensive main pollutants five types, method natural grasslands more polluted. (3) Three obtained analysis APCS-MLR model, including activity (32.6%), industrial coal combustion sewage (24.7%), an unknown source (42.7%). can provide a basis for control ecological protection Altay.

The application of organic manure is an effective way to develop sustainable agriculture. However, the may be associated with a potential risk heavy metal pollution for soil and crops. In this study, effects cow (T1) (as base fertilizer), pig (T2) fertilizer) chemical fertilizer (T3) on winter wheat grain yields, quality, concentrations bioconcentration factors (BCFs) in soil–wheat system were studied from November 2021 June 2023. results showed that yields T1 T2 treatments lower than those T3 treatment by 2.57–38.0% 10.5–25%, respectively. There no significant differences quality indexes among different treatments. metals topsoil 0.12–76.11 μg/g 0.01–43.25 μg/g, BCFs mental was 0–2.92. general, there metals’ summary, compared fertilizer, short-term manures had effect wheat.

In recent years, the increase in pollutants has caused environment to be exposed pollution. Heavy metals (HMs) carry irreparable risks due their accumulation and non-biodegradability. This study aims to understand the risks posed by metals in Peruvian coffee plantations human health and environmental integrity, ensuring protection of local communities ecosystems reliant on this agricultural activity. To assess contamination levels, arsenic (As), cadmium (Cd), chromium (Cr), nickel (Ni), lead (Pb) were surveyed soil, roots, parchment beans cultivated Amazonas San Martin regions, using both conventional organic cultivation. Results showed that As was metal with highest concentration soil (52.37 ± 21.16 mg/kg), roots (11.27 2.3 (10.19 1.69 followed Cr (22.36 11.47 mg/kg) (8.17 3.85 Pb (0.7 0.05 mg/kg).
