This
study
compares
the
nutritional
profiles
of
Yuzhong
and
European
meat
pigeons
to
inform
breeding
consumer
choices.
Thirty
28-day-old
were
analyzed
for
protein,
fat,
moisture,
amino
acids,
fatty
trace
elements
in
breast
muscle
samples.
No
significant
differences
found
or
essential
acid
levels
between
breeds.
However,
showed
higher
umami
monounsaturated
acids
(particularly
oleic
acid),
(copper,
iron,
zinc,
selenium).
In
contrast,
richer
polyunsaturated
such
as
linoleic
acid,
arachidonic
DHA.
These
results
highlight
distinctions
breeds,
providing
guidance

pigeons

meat
to

signaling
pathways

revealed

phosphate

findings
offer
insights
into
biological
processes
driving
pigeon,
contributing
our
understanding
