ABSTRACT
Fruit
and
vegetable
peels
are
often
regarded
as
waste,
leading
to
their
disposal
in
landfills.
As
a
result,
methane
gas
emissions
during
the
decomposition
of
waste
lead
loss
potentially
valuable
resources.
Nonetheless,
these
an
abundant
source
nutrients,
minerals,
vitamins
such
dietary
fiber,
anthocyanins,
ascorbic
acid,
phenolic
compounds,
which
can
enhance
animal
health
productivity
and,
increase
milk
meat
production
livestock
well
drawing
power
draught
animals.
From
environmental
perspective,
utilization
for
feed
significantly
reduce
organic
accumulation,
decrease
greenhouse
associated
with
decomposition,
lower
dependency
on
conventional
ingredients
grains,
produced
through
resource‐intensive
agricultural
practices.
To
date,
no
comprehensive
review
has
been
found
nutritional
impact
fruit
feed.
This
paper

growth,
while

safeguarding

damage.

lead

health
consequences,

functions.
Hence,

Fungal
infections
