In order to investigate the bacterial species present in conjunctival sacs of dogs with conjunctivitis Wuhan (Hongshan District, Wuchang Jiangxia and Huangpi District) their resistance aminoglycoside antibiotics, samples sac secretions were collected from 56 various regions Wuhan. Drug susceptibility testing for antibiotics was performed on most commonly isolated gram-positive gram-negative bacteria. The expression two modifying enzyme genes, aacA-aphD aac (6')-Ib, three 16S rRNA methyltransferase rmtB, rmtE npmA, analyzed by PCR. results showed that a total 123 strains cultured secretion samples, Staphylococcus being species, followed Escherichia. Among them, 14 pseudointermedius not resistant tobramycin, amikacin, gentamicin or neomycin, but rates streptomycin kanamycin 35.71% 42.86%, respectively. Escherichia coli tobramycin gentamicin, they high neomycin (both at 50%). detection rate gene 100%. rmtB 85.71% 28.57%, respectively, while aac(6')-Ib npmA detected.

Abstract The combined use of NGS technologies with bioinformatics tools has significantly advanced research by enabling comprehensive analyses entire genomes, specific genomic regions interest, and transcriptomes. Targeted methods, which focus on smaller genome fractions, are widely used to study genetic diseases, epigenetic modifications, microbiomes, environmental DNA, among other applications. This aimed develop a roadmap for detecting selecting polymorphisms in candidate genes integrating amplicon NGS-Target techniques analyses. Sixty-eight associated the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis were selected assay, comprising 730 that cover total 136,274 bp. method was sequence 75 Guzerat cattle, dual-purpose breed from Brazil, renowned their high rusticity adaptability. Zebu cattle exhibit certain limitations, such as delayed puberty onset, can reduce reproductive efficiency. Using GATK protocol 2,600 SNPs 1,615 indels detected. A series consecutive filtering steps (maf, detection non-synonymous substitution, phylogenetic amino acid conservation, biochemical properties) used, resulting subset 30 SNPs. Then, these analysed using bioinformatic (SIFT, PANTHER, PolyPhen2, MutPred), identifying 5 effect protein. Their structure stability estimated AlphaFold DDMut. Finally, 3 (IGF1R, LHCGR, TAC3R) potentially significant effects protein remained be validated through dynamic simulations or in vitro vivo experimental assays.
