In
order
to
investigate
the
bacterial
species
present
in
conjunctival
sacs
of
dogs
with
conjunctivitis
Wuhan
(Hongshan
District,
Wuchang
Jiangxia
and
Huangpi
District)
their
resistance
aminoglycoside
antibiotics,
samples
sac
secretions
were
collected
from
56
various
regions
Wuhan.
Drug
susceptibility
testing
for
antibiotics
was
performed
on
most
commonly
isolated
gram-positive
gram-negative
bacteria.
The
expression
two
modifying
enzyme
genes,
aacA-aphD
aac
(6')-Ib,
three
16S
rRNA
methyltransferase
rmtB,
rmtE
npmA,
analyzed
by
PCR.
results
showed
that
a
total
123
strains
cultured
secretion
samples,
Staphylococcus
being
species,
followed
Escherichia.
Among
them,
14
pseudointermedius
not
resistant
tobramycin,
amikacin,
gentamicin
or
neomycin,
but
rates
streptomycin
kanamycin
35.71%
42.86%,
respectively.
Escherichia
coli
tobramycin
gentamicin,
they
high
neomycin
(both
at
50%).
detection
rate
gene
100%.
rmtB
85.71%
28.57%,
respectively,
while
aac(6')-Ib
npmA
detected.
