Given the crucial role of thiols in maintaining normal physiological functions, it is essential to establish a high-throughput and sensitive analytical method identify quantify various accurately. The rats were divided into four groups: control; (25 mg/kg daily); isoproterenol (ISO) (5 daily), ISO + BOL.
