Abstract
Intro
The
prevalence
of
abdominal
aortic
aneurysm
(AAA)
is
constantly
progressing
with
the
aging
global
population.
AAA
rupture
has
a
devastating
80%
mortality
rate
and
there
no
treatment
to
slow-down
progression.
Hydrogen
sulfide
(H
2
S)
ubiquitous
redox-modifying
gasotransmitter
produced
in
cardiovascular
system
via
reverse
trans-sulfuration
pathway
by
cystathionine
γ-lyase
(CSE).
H
S
protective
properties
on
system,
including
anti-inflammatory
antioxidant
effects.
Here,
we
hypothesized
that
sodium
thiosulfate
(STS),
clinically
relevant
source
S,
would
limit
growth.
Methods
8-12
weeks

sulfide

Abstract
Ergothioneine
(EGT)
is
a
diet-derived,
atypical
amino
acid
that
accumulates
to
high
levels
in
human
tissues.
Reduced
EGT
have
been
linked
age-related
disorders,
including
neurodegenerative
and
cardiovascular
diseases,
while
supplementation
protective
broad
range
of
disease
aging
models
mice.
Despite
these
promising
data,
the
direct
physiologically
relevant
molecular
target
has
remained
elusive.
Here
we
use
systematic
approach
identify
how
mitochondria
remodel
their
metabolome
response
exercise
training.

Abstract
Background
Esophageal
carcinoma
(ESCA)
is
a
digestive
tract
malignancy
with
high
morbidity
in
China,
